Will Apple allow users to view ECG on AW4

During keynotes they mentioned aw4 users can send ekg data to your doctor. Will this data be available to the user on health app? I’m a paramedic and can read heart rhythms.

Does this not export the data into a pdf which you can view and send to your doctors as you wish or am on about something else? As I remember them touting this.

I would assume that it works similar to the Kardia app, which I used for a few weeks during their testing. A PDF of the strip was created and attached to an email, which I could easily look at.
