Will Apple ever add Qi charging?

Think Apple will eventually add Qi charging to the iPhone? I have a pad upstairs in my room and downstairs in the living room and they're super handy. Just lay it down.

They will once the tech has matured but it looks like wifi charging is moving faster at the moment.

A solution (tried this with my 5s)

Buy the qi charge sticker card in the pictures enable wifi sync if you need to, I didn't as I use iCloud and iTunes Match. And bobs your uncle you have wireless charging.

You have misunderstood. Wifi has nothing to do with wireless charging.

Read his article that is posted above my comment. Someone is developing wireless charging that operates kinda like wifi. You can charge anywhere in the room.

I think inductive charging will come to the iPhone as it is in the Apple Watch. The chip is so damn small, I don't see how Apple can exclude it.
