Will Apple fix an iphone hardware issue if the screen is cracked???

My Iphone 4 won't charge at all and I tried everything and at this point I am thinking its the charger port (battery) or a hardware issue or something...



My screen has a little crack towards the bottom right of it and the back is cracked pretty bad... Will they fix the problem or will they not because of the cracks???

They'll most likely fix it, but the only way to be sure is to take it in and find out. Be very nice when you ask.

I took my wife's phone in for a battery issue. After all the testing and restoring, etc that they wanted me to do, they decided to replace the phone.

The front screen was badly cracked. Just be nice about it and if it is your first time, they may replace it. If not, they will surly replace it for $200.00
