:confused:Ok so i have called apple numerous times explaining to them about how that my Ipod touch 3rd gen has dust underneath of the screen and it has sound issues sometimes when its on max volume and they told me to go in for an appointment this upcoming Tuesday will they try and fix they Ipod or will they give me a replacement!?

**im still under my 1 year warranty and my 90 day i got my Ipod on black friday**

I'm in the UK but last week the built in speaker stopped working. I rang Apple and explained the problem and the next day a package arrived for me to send my iPod Touch in. They're going to fix or replace it. She didn't even ask me to take it in to any Apple store myself though that might be because the nearest one is a fair bit away.

So I would think they will try and fix it and if not just replace it.

If the dust is visible only say if u have bright white light on background or its turned off or your outside but cant really see when your using it except for few black dots will they replace it?
