Will Apple going to alter the iPhone 4?

Is Apple going to (or have they already announced) change the design? Or will this be the same model for the next year? They sacrificed thickness to put the antenna in the bottom left (it was in the middle back portion on the 3GS), so I don't see where else they can fit in the phone; they either make it just a little more thick and put it in the middle back or put the antenna in a part of the phone no one would hold (like the top right). Thoughts?

it takes a company 12-18 months to design and ship a product (sometimes longer). it is too late now to all the sudden re-design the iPhone to reposition the antenna.

Also, Apple didn't choose to put the antenna at the lower left, that is a requirement placed by the FCC on all phones.

Nope. And knowing Apple if they keep this design for the iPhone 5 they will leave the antenna unchanged because to change it is to admit it was broken.
