Or something to toggle some services / features?

Why has not been done something like that yet? Sbsettings is actually one of the tweaks moving more people to jailbreak.
 
I've been jailbreaking my phones for a couple of years now. If Apple were to add some sort of SBSettings like thing in iOS6, I might not jailbreak again. That is the #1 reason why I do it.
