Will Apple release the White iPhone 4 tomorrow?

This DEFINITELY did not need its own post. You ask a question then made your own valid assumption. Its also what we would do. Do you really think anyone knows?
By my math its yesterday-today and idk if apple will release the white iphone 4 tomorrow but i bet they will take pre-orders.
With the way things have been going with apple, they'll probably announce they're delaying it another month..

My suspicion, or at least hope, is that they initially focus on the bad news stuff, with whatever explanations they've got to try to quash the rebellion. And maybe this will include a 'watch this space for software upgrade', or 'free bumbers for everyone', or 'total recall'. But at the end they will tell everyone the good news that white iP4 will be available on a specific date, several days after 24th (to avoid people trying to swap black for white in the 30 days), with pre-orders available a bit before (to manage demand in-store).
That way they still get bad press for the issues, but people get excited about getting their white ones (me included - because until I can buy my partner a white one, she's busy scratching my black one in her handbag!!)
Let's hope so, anyway...

I wouldn't be surprised if that happened. It would make for a great deflection of the issue, and drum up more Apple hype. However, I'm not sure it's a good idea!
What is with people on here being so rude and nasty? Was that little tantrum really necessary?
SlashGear, citing another tech writer, is reporting boxes of white iPhones arriving at a London store. Since the 8GB 3GS isn't available in white, they think it may be the white iPhone 4.
Maybe SlashGear misunderstood. The guy said white iPhone boxes. They clearly interpreted that to mean boxes with white iPhones. But maybe the guy was talking about the color of the box, like you said.
I don't think so. They may talk about it and set a pre-order date but they won't release it tomorrow. Setting a date in the future builds hype, releasing it tomorrow out of the blue, does not.
