Will Apple replace my carrier unlocked 5S?

I have a T-Mobile iPhone 5S that I paid off and had unlocked, and I am now back with AT&T. If I bring my phone to the Apple Store for some issues I'm having, will the refurbished phone they give me be unlocked and able for use on AT&T?
