Will Apple replace my iphone 1 week after warranty

I noticed there was a speck of dust under my iPhone screen and figured why not have apple replace my iPhone for me. Unfortunately my warranty expired 1 week ago. Is it still possible to have apple replace my iPhone at the genius bar?

No one car really say one way or another aside from guessing. If you want to try it out that's really the only way you'd know for sure. They certainly can, just as much as they won't. It's probably more likely that they won't, and maybe perhaps offer a screen replacement if anything (perhaps for fee although more likely for some money), but might not even do that.
