Will Apple replace my iphone for free?

I have an iPhone 5 that has the standard warranty until Feb 2014. However, Im not close to an apple store.

The bottom right of my screen has a yellow spot (1 inch by 1 inch). That portion of the screen is yellowish and its very annoying.

If i go on their website, and request them to send me a box. Will they fix or replace my iphone for free?

as long as they determine it was an manufacturing defect and not something you caused, then yes.
