:apple: This getting too much, there is tons of people complaining about it, but no solution from apple yet. Itunes constatly freezing, not responding and cant do nothing with my ipad/ iphone 4
Other usb devises work fine, no isue... thats why I think its an :apple: isue...

I use my iPad on three different Win7 64bit PCs and iTunes has never had a problem.

Not saying you are not but you might be a isolated case not warranting Apple's repair.

I use Windows 7 64-bit. And yes while iTunes is the slowest, most bloated music player I've ever seen, but it still works with me.

I wouldn't think so.

Running it on the slowest, most bloated OS doesn't help.:(

burn :)... I won't give you the slowest, but I will give you bloated.

I run iTunes on Windows 7 x64 and it runs fine, it runs the same for me on a Mac.

If you are having issues and iTunes won't run properly even in compatibility mode you can download a free Windows XP Professional Virtual PC from Microsoft and run it fine on that.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

No problems for me using my windows 7 computer.

I've had problems occassionally on my Vista machine, but have found that unplugging the USB end from my computer resolves the "freezing" and I can start over again, usually with no problems.

Sometimes it takes more than once, but it does stop. I agree that it's an :apple: issue. Also, I don't think it's just a Win7 64bit issue.

That sounds like buggy USB host drivers to me, and the fact that it works fine for most people reinforces that. See if there are driver updates from your motherboard manufacturer or chipset maker.

I think I saw mentioned on tipb that there was some bug in the latest iTunes so i never updated from the 10, not a problem either. Win7 x64 here.
