Will Apple sell the ATT iPhone at full retail if your line already has next?

I have 2 lines and both have phones on next so I'm not eligible for a next upgrade or full retail according to the app. can I just pay the full retail for the ATT phone at the Apple store? I have a reservation for a 6+ tonight.

If you are paying full retail I don't think they'll have an issue selling it to you.

If you pay full retail, they don't care if you're on contract, on Next, on AUP, just flash that cash and the phone is yours.
