Will apple store exchange???

Hi, I've had wifi issues sine I've bought my iPad 3. Mine always was dropping wifi everywhere i go, sometimes it will go minutes and sometimes it would go longer. Then sometimes id have speed issues. I didn't think it was a big deal untill a friend lent me his for a week. His was always stay connected and hardly ever had any speed issues regardless of access point...I have an appointment with the genius bar tomorrow im hoping that they can exchange it for me...do you guys think they will?

I have taken many items to Apple Stores for a exchange and some of them had no problems at all. For me that "ALWAYS" exchange them. So yes they will.
