Dear all

I won't bore you with the details, but I am taking my second (already exchanged one) iPhone back to the Apple Store tomorrow due to a poorly fitted backing and cracks. Applecare said on Monday that it is best I go to the Apple Store again rather than the courier option as I can inspect the new thoroughly and only accept it when completely happy. They said to quote the call number they gave me and the store would replace it. Just curious if anyone else has been in this situation and then the store has refused to honour what Applecare said?

Being a natural pessimist I am concerned I might have to start quoting SOGA 1979!!

Cheers!

It should be listed in your AppleCare File. The Apple Store will look up the notes, then follow what AppleCare said.

Thanks TEG! Might ease my pessimism for 30mins or so!
