Will Apple UK replace a US iPhone (hairline cracks)

I have a 32GB 3GS from launch that I sourced from USA. Although perfectly functional I was wondering if Apple UK would allow me to trade in due to hairline cracks (I gather they replace them for hairline cracks for free due to the crappy plastic casing)

Any info would be appreciated
