*under the assumption i do the new lease through APPLE, not ATT."

hi. i am sorry if this is a bit confusing or an easy answer but what if I have 1.5 months left on two lines for ATT. can i still do the APPLE upgrade anyway? does it extend my ATT contracts again?

the reason i'm asking for this is because i have the mobile share plan. Two lines cost $15. One line cost $40 (this was an iPhone 6 upgrade).

Will upgrading through APPLE not force my other lines to go up to $40 too?

*can a moderator please change the title by adding APPLE LEASE

Since you are buying an unlocked iPhone from Apple and your commitment is with Apple for 24 months, your $15/line option should not be affected by this arrangement. All you are doing is using an iPhone you have committed to pay in full (apple lease or upgrade program) to use on At&t.

Apple will run a credit check to qualify you for this new Upgrade Program.

This has been covered ad nauseum in the other threads but by using apple's upgrade program, you're essentially "bringing your own device" to att. You still keep the $15 per line rate.
