Will Apple Warranty work for this?

Hello all
I have my iPhone 5S for eight months now and i realized that on the top right area the screen seems to be a bit stick out of the device...its not that visible but you can definitely feel it when you push that area with thumb and another finger and squeeze it

im not sure if this can be fixed..its quite annoying and wanted to know your views on this and if i should even bother going this to an apple service to get it fixed or replaced?

problem is that in my country we don't have this option only option is service by an authorized service provider
which means i have to go leave it there and see how it goes
so you think i should take it and have a look?

That's exactly my problem! So best way is to back it up and the. Set it as new before I give it to the service

I would think the phone would be locked.

Yup, back it up and then wipe it.

My only worrying is that it has some minor scratches and I hope they don't blank the clicking noise to these ....
