iPad Pro Will Apple’s 10.5 leather sleeve fit the 11 inch iPad Pro?

even though the 11" is a tad wider it will still fit I think. the reason I won't pick one up is because the new Apple Pencil is shorter so it won't fit exactly into the small pocket at the top. hope they will introduce an 11" sleeve that will fit the iPad + smart folio
Diameter is the same. Length is .39 inch shorter than original. Should be fine.
I was wondering about diameter. Interesting, so it would actually be a bit easier to get it out of the pocket. Id still be annoyed if I bought the 10.5" sleeve and they came out with an official 11" one after. I'll wait until there's people online that have tried the combination im looking for then I might buy one

It absolutely fits with the Smart Keyboard. The first 3 or 4 times pulling it out were awkward because of how snug, but it’s leather it will stretch and be fine. The pencil holder is obviously longer, but the pencil still fits and stays secure.
With the way it covers the back and the pencil magnetically attaches, I don’t know how long I’ll keep using the sleeve...

Last night and most of the day today, I’ve put it in the case head first and charged that way to help stretch the leather. It’s getting better. Just like a leather holster, it needs break in time
Thanks! Do you recommend it with the new 11 inch iPad? I need a sleeve, but I am not sure if it's the best option considering the price and that it is not made for the 11.

I ordered the Apple leather sleeve for my 11” iPad Pro today it taupe. At $49 from target It’s a great deal. I had the same sleeve in black for my 10.5 and am sort of kicking myself for selling it on eBay. I remember it took some time for the leather to stretch with the 10.5 and Smart Keyboard but it broke in nicely. Hope it does the same with the 11” and Smart Keyboard.

Just picked up the leather sleeve last night. Here’s my 11” iPad Pro with Smart Keyboard attached. A snug fit but the leather is already starting to stretch out a bit.

Thank you! The only thing keeping me from buying one currently is the thought of them releasing an 11“ version soon.
Yeah I initially had the same reservation but you can pick one up for under $50 at target or eBay, so even if/when they release a new one I can always sell this one and recoup most of the cost.
