For some reason I just realized that I $345.75 under the limit on my credit card. After taxes and an $18 activation fee, that should leave a $299.99 iPhone at $342.73.

If for whatever reason it goes over that, I only have $320 in my checking account... so I'd have to split the payment between the two cards.
Do you think this will be a problem, or should I be ok if I somehow end up paying more than $345?

MOST AT&T stores will take cash, credit gift or debit and any combo of the 4.
Get some clueless g00ber and you will end up Credit gift debit only(any of the 3).

The $18 activation fee goes on your next bill. That still leaves you few dollars short though.

No, I should be good then, since I have $345 until limit on my credit card (bill cycle ends on the 10th, and unfortunately it takes a few days for the transfer from checking to credit to show up).

There's no way it should end up eclipsing $345 as long as the activation fee goes on the bill.
Thanks a lot.
