Will AT&T allow moving unlimited data to Mini?

Does anyone know if AT&T will allow the unlimited data plan to be moved to the Mini? My wife is fed up with the Kindle Touch she purchased and wants a Mini.
 
Pricing will be made available on Friday when the iPad mini becomes available for pre-order. Apple nor AT&T have said if it have the same pricing as the larger display iPad.
