Carrier Will AT&T Retentions Match T-Mobile's iPhone upgrade offer?

With T-Mobile offering a 650 credit to any new or existing cutomer- has anyone tried to see if AT&T retentions will match that offer?

Usually the carriers tend to be fairly competitive. Even if they don't publically match other offers, they often do privately.
