Will audio/data CDS burned on pc by Nero work on my mac??

so i wonder if those cds mads on pc will work on mac?!
and if audio/data cds made by Roxio Toast 8 will work simply in any car stero or pc??

another question: will any usb flash disk(those come in 1/2/4.. gb sticks) work on a mac and read/write?? or it must be formated in special way..just the way that HD must be FAT32 to read and write on a mac??

Data CDs burned from a PC will work fine on a mac, and yes, audio CDs burned by Toast will work anywhere - or at least any stereo that will accept CDRs.

As far as flash drives, no idea, as I've never used one.
