Will autosyncing my manually managed iphone delete iphone playcounts?

I just wanna know if playcounts from your iPhone will be replaced by the playcounts in your itunes if you decided to autosync it.

I need to autosync it because I want to add the plays from my iPhone to lastfm. Thanks!
