Will Best Buy Sell Verizon iPhone 6 Device Only if Not Verizon Customer?

Anyone know if Best Buy will sell me a Verizon iPhone 6 if I am not a Verizon customer and just want to buy the device only?

Bestbuy like carrier store, im sure you need to have an account to buy a device.

I bought 4 iPhone 6+ Verizon without account at Apple Store, smooth and easy.
