Op honestly no one can answer that. It may it may not. We will find out in a couple of weeks
I'm sure it will be available OTA, just like they did with iOS 6 last year.
We are not sure about what will happen with those non-developer that installed it.
No way of knowing; I believe all of iOS 6 betas were OTA, but iOS 5 had at least one where you had to restore from a new IPSW download.
Yeah I remember the last Beta that came OTA was the same build as the GM though so it was essentially the same. I always restore/force update with the IPSW for the release either way. It makes me feel better

This is true, but also a rare occasion! Not sure why they had the final beta, the GM and the public release all be exactly the same but with varying release dates.
