Will Closing all my apps save my battery?

So i have the Batterygate problem on my 4S like everyone else....Do you think closing stock apps in my multitasking bar all the time would save my battery more? If so that's kinda a pain in the neck don't you think?

Maybe a little, but not enough to extend your battery life that significantly.

Battery

Closing all of the apps doesnt save all that much battery life. What I have found to save battery is if you turn off 3G when you are not using it and don't put the brightness all the way up.

Turn off all of your localization services. Also certain apps in the background eat up power--like anything that streams audio.
