Will CS3 & Extensis Suitcase conflict?

We are getting ready to purchase CS3 but we need to make sure that it will not have any conflicts with Extensis Suitcase X1 11.0.2 we would like to keep the upgrading price to a minimum but before we are able to purchase an upgrade for CS3 I need to make sure our font manager will work good with it. Please let me know.
