Will CS5 "Upgrade from CS2" run on ML?

I have CS2 running on Leopard now. If switch to running MLion (which as I understand has no Rosetta), will an "upgrade from cs2" version of CS5 suite work on ML? or do I need to stick with a Rosetta OS- Leopard or SL?
