Will current iPad dock work with the new iPad?

Do you guys know if the current iPad dock will fit the slightly more tapered new iPad? Since Apple didn't present a revision of the iPad dock I suppose it will fit..... but not sure....
 
It says on the apple site that the current dock is compatible with the iPad 2 and the new iPad.
