no chance unless its coming from a fedex or ups type delivery. those are usually fake iphones that someone bought wholesale and is trying to sell them in the US.

No. Apple has a huge stack of paperwork filed to prevent that from happening. And I can promise that the Obama Admin will do NOTHING to make the delay of delivery of your iPhone thier fault. THAT would be political suicide.

No, they arrive sealed in a very small box, no extra space for the iPhone 4 Dock that some of us would like to have included with the iPhone 4. They ship later...
