Will El Capitan solve writing on disk problems?

hi
i have 2009 MBP and sometimes the computer cannot write on the hard drive (if i tried to save word document- I get an error mesasage about it..)
I tried to re-install Yosemite but it doesn't help.
Willit solve my

IF you are getting disk write errors such as Error -50 from Finder, then the only resolution will be a new HDD as it is a hardware issue with the current HDD, no OS update will change a hardware issue.

I bought new SSD after this problem occurred but it doesn't helped..

Sounds like you have a bad drive cable. Fairly common problem.

I have not checked, but you can find the part on iFixit usually, then maybe search that part number on eBay.
