Will erase and sync update my iphone?

I currently using another computer, and i am under 4.3.3 version and i wonder if i click earse and sync if it will make me update my iphone.

I don't want to update it but will it make it update if i click yes?

It will not update. You are getting this message because you synced your iphone with the computer you normally sync with. However, if you plug your iphone to another computer, you will get this message. iPhone is a one-way sync.
