Hello! I am new here, and I ask the very question that was in the title.

I own a MacBook 2,4 GHz, 2GB RAM with the Intel GMA X3100 graphics card.
I have seen that the GMA 950 is required. My guess is that the X3100 is better, and that all the required specs are fulfilled.

However, I run Boot Camp (brilliant little thing, runs for example Civ 4 like a dream), and tried the game for my Windows XP. Then, all I got was a choppy intro, which crashed out to desktop before the actual game would load. Exactly at the same point everytime.

So, my question is: will this game work differently, and will it work well with the Mac verison on my system?

Quick help would be much appreciated! :)

Thank you!

You need to update the base game to the latest version, version 1.3 and it works like wonders!

I played first Vanilla EU3, and now play the complete in bootcamp. I got it (complete) off amazon for like $12 and absolutely love it.
