Will factory reset an iphone with iOS 7 revert to iOS 6?

I'm looking at some used iphones 4/4S on ebay. They are all with iOS 7 bur originally had iOS 6. If I factory reset the device, will iOS 6 show up?

I actually want to do this, as I want an iOS 6 iphone

No, it will restore to the latest available version of iOS, in this case, 7.1.2. You'd have to buy a phone that is still on iOS 6.

No way to get iOS 6 back on a phone that has iOS 7 already (perhaps with a slight exception of some iPhone 4 phones that have blobs saved from earlier version specifically for them).

Case solved because its not possible. I had a question and I got a definite answer.

Moreover, I did find already a phone sellin on ebay with iOS6, I only hope its not fake
