Will fragmentation be a problem now?

Now that there are 6 different sizes will fragmentation be a problem just like on android?

What are the ramifications for users with an iphone 5/5s. I mean that phone hasn't been out for more than 2 years.

I wouldn't worry, Apple would never allow their OS to get as run a muck and fragmented as Android. As Steve Jobs Quoted during the first iPhone "If you're serious about hardware, you should make your own software."

Fragmentation is more of a problem with software and they'll all be able to run iOS 8.

Well, since fragmentation is not a problem on Android either, I doubt that it will be on iOS.
