I'm not the primary account holder, so I don't know the password for the online account. But I do know my mom's (the primary account holder) SS#. Will I be able to order it over the phone?

My mom knows I'm ordering it. She just won't give me the password to her account because it's the same password she used for everything else she has online. She isn't able to change it right now because she's too busy at work. Bleh!
