I currently have an early 2008 Macbook Pro and I wanted to upgrade to Snow Leopard. Good idea? Bad?

I have 2 gigs of ram and the only two programs I use are Photoshop and InDesign. Sometimes both at the same time. This is never a problem but I don't know if it will be with Snow Leopard?

Advice?

Upgrade to 4GB and you should be okay with SL, but it will run on a 2GB system too, though using PS and IL might be a bit much with only 2GB.

I ran Snow Leopard on an early 2007 MBP (2,2) with 2GB RAM and it ran just perfectly.
