Will I get my 4S on time from AT&T?

After trying until 5 am to buy my 4S from Apple with no success, I finally gave up and ordered from AT&T. Now I'm kicking myself because the Apple order process is finally working. Do you think it will arrive by 10/14? I'm worried that AT&T won't have sufficient stock to meet demand.
