Will I have any powering issues running this monitor?

I have all three attachments for my (REV A) MacBook (vid/svid, dvi, vga). Are there any unforeseen hardware conflicts or should I be good to go? I plan on using the HDMI cable.

I don't think you'd have any problems. If it was Dual-Link DVI you couldn't run it, but according to the tech specs page (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook/stats/macbook_1.83.html) it should work.

New day, new question. I'll just use this thread.

I just turned the brightness off on the internal LCD, I suppose leaving the book open will vent it better, eh?
