Will I have issues with iCloud & ios5?

Hi there, I'm trying to find out if my predicament will cause me issues?

I have both an iTunes account and a me account neither are linked.

Am I now going to have issues with icloud or will I just have 2 log ins one for my back ups e.t.c. and one for my emails and that?

There are loads of threads about this.

You shouldn't have too many problems, but you will probably have to be a bit careful when setting it up that you put the right info in the right places.
