I'm currently on an unlimited data plan with my Android phone but I am going to switch to the IP5 when it comes out. Will I be able to keep my unlimited data plan or will I lose it?

Probably lose it, but bribing the employees at your local AT&T store is something I wouldn't eliminate from your possible choices. It all narrows down to how badly you want your unlimited data plan.

you will kept it no problem. Android and iPhone use the same type of data plan. Hell I would not be surprised if all iPhone 4 got to the HSPA+ data plan any how.

Either way I went from blackberry unlimited to Android unlimited only a few months ago no issue. They do not care. It is unlimited data grandfathered in.
