i received the new nano for xmas and it wont work with my 10.3.9 so im trying to get my dad to go buy the new 10.5. first question is will the 10.5 work with a of processor 1.25GHz powerPC g4?

second- once i put the 10.5 on my computer will it keep all my itunes(i downloaded the new 7.5) or will itunes clear? also will aol stay or do i have to put everything back on again?
 
Yes, your computer is compatible with 10.5

If you choose an upgrade install, then all your music and documents etc will remain intact.

Leopard will work on your PowerBook.

This is a great time to complete a backup of your music and other files before upgrading to Leopard.

And just in case something goes wrong with your update, while remote, could happen. This way you will have a fresh backup.
