will ibook g3 scale to 1 ghz or graduate to g4?

i take it from looking at past ibook trends, the ibook will next go to 900 mhz

but will it eventually scale to 1 ghz? can the g3fx mobile chip go that fast?

...or are we talking g4...finally ;)

thoughts???
