iOS 6 comes out on the 19th, the I5 on the 21st. Yes, it is preloaded.

Apple will have it installed on iphone 5 , ios 6 is released to public 18/19th of September. Iphone 5 is available 21st.

Yes it will be preinstalled. IF not which is unlikely do a OTA update

Nope its going to have iOS 1.0, no app store, nada... You'll have to download each major revision when you get home.

Haha Kidding! but could you imagine how hard their servers would get hit that day even if it was just 5-6!

It will have 6 pre-loaded, though in past their has been a couple times there was a tiny update within a matter of days to address some random thing (that they admit to in the notes) and who knows what else.
