Will iOS 6 require any MB/GB space to download

judging by previous releases...about 700MB

Think iOS 5.1 was around 200MB if that puts things in some perspective.

I think with OTA and Delta updates those are dramatically decreased though.

Reason is when you download on iTunes you download the entire file, Delta updates just download whats new.

So I would recommend over the air.
