Will iPad 4th Gen work with Logitech ultrathin

Hello, I have bought an iPad 3 within the last 30 days and was told I could swap them out. However, I also bought the $100 logitech ultrathin keyboard and do not want to swap out my iPad 3 if the ultrathin keyboard will not be compatible with the new iPad.

Does anyone know if they will be compatible?
