All iPads will iPadOS 16 add battery health % to iPad?

I find it strange that most Apple devices give us visibility into battery health %, except iPads. Why is that? Will iPadOS 16 change that?

There's no class action lawsuit regarding iPad batteries yet.

Apple didn't add battery health % info on other devices out of the goodness of their heart.
