I doubt it'll work. It would probably come up short around the edges and come off easily due to the ring around the home button.
 
isnt the touch id sensor the same size as the old home button? the ring doesnt even do anything its just for show, so yeah they probably do fit.
 
Spigen says on their site that the Iphone 5 protectors will fit the 5S with the exception of the original thick GlasT and Glas TR.

They are fairly reliable.
 
So rather than being "outside" the home button, the ring is "inside" it (making the touch part smaller but keeping the whole thing the same size)? I've got an extra set of Power Support iPhone 5 anti-glare protectors that I'd like to use on the 5S.

The ring is part of the capacitive sensor. It's how the device knows your finger is there (without having to push the button).

oh wow ok nevermind yeah youll have to get a new screen protector. But lets be honest, they arent that expensive! :p
