When Verizon and Vodafone do their trial in late 2008, will iphone be compatible? I am not very familar with all the technologies so that is why I ask. Any feedback would help. Thanks!

What are they doing? *clueless*
Only way it i'll be compatible is if they use any of the four GMS which are:
*850 and 1900 MHz bands which are used in the Americas
*900 / 1800 MHz which is used foreign parts of the world.
They are beginning their LTE/4G trial starting in November, which would be GSM, correct me if I'm wrong, which would mean that iPhone may be compatible?
