Will iPhone work with iPad keyboard dock?

Just wondering do you think the iphone or ipod touch will work with the ipad keyboard dock combo. It would look pretty weird but much easier to write text messages

As is I would have to say no. I would assume that the keyboard dock requires OS 3.2 or greater, so with the next iPhone update, maybe.
